BRENDAN  DISTEFANO


   Brendan DiStefano is young, confident, and determined to take on any task that is put to hand. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, he makes a name for himself out of a province raging with new and incredibly talented acts. Brendan has a work ethic of a hundred men, and once his mind is set, there is no rest.


Brendan's age should never be deceived as to what his talents are. "There's nowhere to go but up, and I have a lot of room to grow, as a person and as an artist," Brendan states. Brendan continues to amaze those around him. 25-year-old dj, producer and sibling, Justin Frost, claims "Brendan's knowledge of producing is astonishing. I've met 30-year-old professional producers whose sound is less quality then what he is producing at 16,".


Since the age of 11, Brendan has been producing and composing his own material, and recording in his room, isolated. He started out with nothing but a beginner Behringer amplifier, guitar, and a $2 computer microphone. Brendan is now composing and producing music at levels far beyond what a 16-year-old is expected to conduct.


On April 13th 2010, Brendan released his debut album entitled "Brave New World". Brave New World ranges from the rap-inflected “Party Song,” about partying and living life to it's full potential, to such unabashedly sweet love songs as the piano ballad “For Every Night You're Alone” and the upbeat reggae number “Home.” Brendan believes he should never feel constricted with writing his music, and that his music has no boundaries.


With a wide array of new sounds, DiStefano plans to put his career in overdrive and bump up the meter to an 11.


"I feel I should always come up with something new and fresh when I write a song, because staying current and growing with my fan base is imperative for my growth as an artist. I don't want to alienate people from mixed signals in my music, but being redundant is boring. Challenging myself to create something different may encourage others to listen to something different."


So what's next for this 16-year-old pop-rock artist? Everything. New sights, new sounds, and new surprises. Get ready for a brand-new show that is undoubtably able to move you in more forms then one.


"I am putting my blood, sweat, and tears into everything that I do. I just want to produce the best product I can, and deliver one of my greatest achievements I've made in my lifetime. I'm setting myself up for everything in my future, I have to make the most of this," Brendan confidently states.
