  The State Of Things is a destination where Killing Joke meets The Killers; where The Cure blends with Mew; where the Cult cross Editors. The State Of Things somehow manage to keep a delicate balance of influences while creating something new. It is the strength of their songs which elevates them above the myriad of mediocrity that plagues the general public.
